Earthquakes in Oklahoma

Bill Andrews is the Director of the U.S. Geological Survey Oklahoma Water Science Center. Since 1984, he has worked for the National Park Service in Washington, D.C. and the U.S. Geological Survey in Florida; Minnesota; and Oklahoma. Bill’s work has included investigations of water-resource trends, relations between land use and water quality, sources of water pollution, water use and availability, and uptake of metals by plants and animals.

Bill has a Bachelor’s degree in geology from the College of William and Mary, a Master’s degree in geology from Northern Illinois University, and a PhD in environmental science from the University of Oklahoma.  He will be discussing earthquakes in Oklahoma.
