Former Congressman J.C. Watts receives Paul Harris Fellow

Former Oklahoma Congressman J.C. Watts was presented a Paul Harris Fellow award Tuesday by former Rotary District Governor Don Adkins.
Former Rotary District Governor Don Adkins presented a Paul Harris Fellow and end polio now lapel pin to former Congressman J.C. Watts. It was originally given in 2001 but was never formally presented to Watts, a former Norman resident. Watts talked to the Norman Rotary Club and shared his story of participating in a polio innoculation program.
