Speaker Clarence Warner, Author

Norman Rotarian Clarence Warner’s second book, “A Promise Kept”, is a Christian historical fiction book about his wife, Jan’s, grandfather.  Tate Publishing released the book in May.  His first book was a devotional, “The Promises of God.”  Warner served as President of our Rotary club in 1996-97.  He serves on the Rotary Information Committee and he and Jan are a Major Donor, Level One to The Rotary Foundation.
